Introduction
Dayi Fu Cake
The Chinese people have long revered “Fu” (good fortune) and sought to bring it into every aspect of life. From the departing Golden Ox to the welcoming Spring Tiger, Dayi Tea Group’s Menghai Tea Factory has meticulously crafted the Dayi Fu Cake, wishing for a prosperous tea culture, harmony, and a world filled with blessings.
Each Dayi Fu Cake weighs 3 kg and comes in both raw (sheng) and ripe (shou) versions.
The raw tea is made from premium sun-dried large-tree leaves, with plump buds and tender shoots. The liquor is bright golden, rich and fresh in flavor, with a pure and vibrant aroma.
The ripe tea is made from ancient high-mountain tea gardens, fermented to a moderate degree. The leaves are tightly twisted yet relaxed, offering a full-bodied, smooth, and mellow taste, with a delicate, authentic aged aroma and long-lasting, pleasant aftertaste. Both versions are highly valued for drinking and collecting.

Appearance: Neatly pressed cake, appropriately compact, golden hue with visible golden tips, tightly twisted leaves.
Liquor Color: Bright reddish, slightly strong.

"大益福饼"每饼重量3公斤,分生,熟两款。生茶选用上等乔木大树晒青毛茶为原料,芽叶肥壮持嫩性好,汤色金黄明亮,滋味浓厚鲜爽,香气纯正高扬。熟茶选用高山茶区古生茶园毛茶为原料,发酵成熟度适中,条索紧结舒展,滋味醇厚饱满,口感顺滑,陈香纯正细腻,韵味美润悠长,具有独特的品饮与珍藏价值。
